		<description>You might be running too fast. Which sounds really stupid, but when you&#039;re starting off running really long distances you have to start with a really, really slow pace. It can be pretty hard because it doesn&#039;t feel like running, especially when you&#039;re used to covering shorter distances faster. You want to aim for an even pace over the distance you&#039;re covering, rather than running say 3 miles and doing the first in say 8 minutes and the other two in double that each


I think the marathon website helps you plan training week by week according to fitness levels etc., which is probably worth a look. Good luck!</description>
